Employment Type: Full-time

·      At least 2+ years of experience in accounting

·      Ability to use Quickbooks Online is a plus

·      Proficiency in Excel

Position: Assistant Project Manager 

Work Location: Texas (DFW or Austin or Houston area) / Georgia / Indiana

Employment Type: Full-time

·      No construction work experience required

·      Ability to work away home is a plus 

·     Supportive and detail-oriented 

·     Must be bilingual (English/Korean)

Position: Construction Project Manager 

Work Location: Texas (DFW or Austin area) / Georgia

Employment Type: Full-time

·       At least 1+ year of construction management experience required

·       Ability to create a construction schedule

·      Ability to understand construction plan and communicate with architects, surveyors and engineers

·      Ability to monitor construction progress and costs

·      Ability to work away home is a plus

·     Ability to use programs such as Bluebeam, CAD, Procore is a plus

Position: Architect (Entry / Senior)

·    Hiring architectural assistant / draftsman / senior architect

·    Will work with a licensed architect
